About ME
I have been an educator in some capacity since 2006 and have taught social studies since 2010. I currently teach grades 10-11 in New York State. Prior to becoming a teacher I worked in New York as an Archaeological Consultant. I received a B.A. in Anthropology with a minor in Philosophy and a Masters degree in Adolescent Education, Social Studies from SUNY New Paltz. I am an avid traveler and outdoor adventurer. I continuously strive to improve my understanding of the cognitive development of adolescents so as to better support and understand my students' needs.
